Cool Change
This month a lot of changes have been taking place in my life.
First, I celebrated my 31st birthday (yep huling taon ko na sa kalendaryo pero buti meron pang lotto at bingo). My family had a blast at Enchanted Kingdom and my son was just too tough on the log jam and roller coaster ride that drained the color on his face.
Second, I have a new job in a cool company. I just had the onboarding orientation yesterday after several weeks of soul-searching, praying and enlightenment on making the decision and it seems like a great place to work in. We even named our new hires batch no. 5 as Five-o-licious Gr.in.go which will identify us as the on-boarding group held this month(the same time that Gringo was captured) that will make over the company to make it better.
Third, my bespren also found a new job after a lot or prayers and interviews.
Fourth, during the first Saturday of this month, my husband and I were blessed to be part of a new group (couples)that will help and guide us in our Christian journey.
Fifth, we had a general house cleaning before I started work. A lot of room now since we cleared our space from most of the unused stuff and gave it to charity. A new arrangement also helped in making our house more spaceous and relaxing.
Sixth, my son has fully recovered from a couple of nosebleeds early in the morning (which we feared was dengue but was confirmed by Dr. Boots that it was a cut inside his nose).
Seventh, a new investment in Equity funds that I just discovered early part of this month to diversify the blessings that we have.
Eighth, a new set of colored drinking glasses which was a steal at only 50 pesos per piece which I found at the SM north edsa department store while looking for a carpet.
Ninth, a new schedule for me and my son. My husband suggested that I make a daily schedule for Hans so he will be guided on the tasks he needs to accomplish even if we're not around. My son is so independent and I'm glad he is following the schedule with diligence. I, too have a new waking time of 6 to 630AM which is a new thing for me because for the past 6 months, I used to start my day at around 830 or 9AM.
Tenth, a new perspective towards health and how I should give importance to exercise to live longer.
All these changes and cool new events in my life make me more grateful and appreciative of God. He is truly amazing and faithful to those who believes in Him.
