Wonderful things
I captured this bonsai tree at the UP College of Music where I learned that one man provided the different colleges with his bonsai art. Amazing!
Also in the month of September, not only were we celebrating daddy Man's birthday but it's my son's first encounter with the famous "dirty ice cream" aka sorbetes. After school, he would look out the car window to check if a sorbetes cart was nearby. He loves the ube, strawberry, chocolate and mango flavors on top of the sweet cone. He still has to learn how to eat it correctly though. But the sticky fingers and the melted ice cream are all part of the enjoyment.Just a little trivia: until age 5, Hansy never ate nor attempted tasting ice cream because of his fear of swollen tonsils and fever.
But when he asked me why it's called dirty ice cream, I just answered "when you look closely at the ice cream, it is not clear instead you will find bits which seem like dirt". Daddy's explanation on the other hand was dirty because the sorbetero who holds the ice cream cone has dirty hands which he also uses in getting the payment.
One sorbetes in ordinary cone costs 5 pesos, additional 5 pesos for sweet cone, and additional 10 for a larger cone.
