Punchinello & Glockenspiel

Who do you choose Punchinello Funny fellow, Who do you choose Punchinello Funny you
This song keeps playing in my head, thanks to my son who learned it in school. Now I'm suffering from LSS- Last Song Syndrome...
Unlike our puppy who is not bothered amidst the noise around him.
In other matters, do you know or have you ever heard of the term "Glockenspiel"? Well, my son shared this with me before taking his afternoon siesta and he goes on saying that he learned this term in his UP Creative music class. So again I had to satisfy my curiosity and lookup the term (hoping it was not mispronounced or that I understood it correctly). Indeed there is such a term, all the while I thought my son was pulling another trick on me.
Thanks to the ever reliable site: about.com, it provided me with info that I just wanted to share with you. another discovery for the day:
glockenspiel- a percussion instrument with a series of metal barstuned to the chromatic scale and played with two light hammers.
German: Glocken - bell, spiel - metal *** the xylophone's bars are wooden, while the glockenspiel's are metal thus making it a metallophone. Just so you know, this was asked by my 5-year old son, and you might be encountering similar situations so it's fun to learn together.
